DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE CLIENT

A Power of Attorney to be executed on the Employer's Letterhead authorizing us to be your recruitment agent duly attested by the Indian ( or related ) Embassy.
A Demand Letter addressed to us on the Employers letterhead indicating the number & categories required. Salary offered, Period of contract, Normal working hours, Weekend holidays/leave & benefits, accommodation,travel, Food/allowance, Medical assistance and insurance and other benifit etc.
C.R. copy.
Visa slip.
An authority letter (Wakala) on Employers letterhead in our favor duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of External Affairs . (For Saudi Arabia only)
Employment agreement in Arabic and English.


INFORMATION REQUIRED

The employing company has to provide us detailed job description, qualification & experience required, age group, salary guidelines and benefit package with the principals knowledge.
Employees required for each classification and approximate date for deployment. We should be totally aware of the environment and surroundings a candidate is going to be in once recruited. Therefore it is essential that We "Bukhari ManPower Services " receives a brief on the company's objectives and aims.
